The taste of Sagres at the table

In Sagres, the sea is part of the table. At our restaurant we serve fish and seafood, regional specialities and simple recipes, where the freshness and flavour of the ingredients come first.

Our name comes from the Pedra do Gigante (Giant’s Rock), a rock formation rising off the coast of Sagres and part of the landscape of these waters. A tribute to the place around us, to the Atlantic and to the roots that inspire our kitchen.

From cataplana to grilled fish, we celebrate the flavours of the region with generous, uncomplicated food, served in a relaxed setting, minutes from the beach and Cape St. Vincent.
